$PSGR Friday Funnies /OR/ How can anyone keep a st

The weather is damn near perfect in Arizona and northern Nevada where all the (ahem) precious metals bearing minesites are reported to exist. There appears to be significantly more movement in the Pershing corporate office than any movement at the (ahem) precious metals bearing minesites. The (cough-cough) infusion of money by Blackridge seems to be taking an inordinate period of time /OR/ as was explained in a phone conversation several weeks past with a Blackridge representative: "....Pershing has still to submit the paperwork to the SEC.....".
With respect to the 'up to' $1 Million from Blackridge, one has to wonder WHY the company would not have jumped all over the opportunity to complete the paperwork and had it submitted as quickly as humanly possible...y'know, NOT wait for almost a year to still piddle around and get nothing done at the minesites because money appears to be an issue. Is there some relevant information being HIDDEN by Pershing Resources that PREVENTS the consummation of the Blackridge deal?
Frankly, the recent Press Releases contribute NOTHING to the credibility of the company. NOTHING has changed over the past 2 years EXCEPT personnel in the Corporate office and the acquisition of a few hundred acres of land. Acres of land that, by the way, have not been successfully mined and had (ahem) precious metals extracted and sold for profit by Pershing's alleged staff. IF finances are a MAJOR concern of the Corporate Staff: 1) Why have they sat on their hands over Blackridge? 2) Why has NOTHING been accomplished to extract precious metals from the EXISTING Claims in Nevada that (ahem) WERE REPORTED by Pershing Resources to have excellent quantities of gold?
IF the Claims contain recoverable precious metals (i.e. GOLD) then money should be spent to extract and process the ore. Unless there is something that corporate Pershing has chosen NOT to share with the investors. Hmmmmmmmm....wonder what that something could possibly be????
Wait....I just started laughing again!
