Thank you for responding and it could be confusing but after we are out on the market and dominating the smartphone and tablet sales globally, it will be better understood. At a high level and pertaining to our Entertainment offer:
Akyumen = the devices (tablets and phones) that are 100" HD home theater with an "untethered" Roku/AppleTV option meaning - like Roku and AppleTV we will have affiliate program offerings for Akyumen device consumers to access their content much like they would from Roku or any smartTV they purchase.
AkyumenTV = is our factory installed entertainment content platform that will be promoted to every Akyumen device consumer AkyumenTV will offer us Freemium (aVod), Premium (sVod) On-Demand (tVod & sVod) Gaming/Music/PPV & Live Events (tVod)
Unlike our competition that has to market and compete for your "eyes" and download, we are already DIRECT to consumer and will push and promote AkyumenTV exclusive and partner content.
Having both scenario offerings (Roku like and Hulu like) gives our content partners AND our consumers the best access to both consumers and consumer to entertainment.
With regards to Ultraflix - we have an agreement with them which I will review in greater detail and should have them offered up via our affiliate program and perhaps in the OnDemand area but yes our Akyumen consumers will have the chance to enjoy Ultraflix in some form or fashion.
