Publication of the 2016 registration document
On 6 April 2017, Orange filed its 2016 Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) in France. The document includes the following information:
- the annual financial report;
- the management report of the Board of Directors to the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of June 1, 2017, supplemented by the report related to principles and criteria of Corporate Officers compensation;
- the Chairman's report on corporate governance and internal control;
- information relating to the fees paid to Orange's statutory auditors.
