CONDITIONS FOR ACCESSING THE 2016 REFERENCE DOCUMENT
Eurosic announces that its 2016 Reference Document was filed with the French Financial Market Authorities (AMF) on April 7 th , 2017.
This document includes in particular:
- the annual financial report for 2016;
- the report of the Chairman of the Board on corporate governance and internal control;
- the statutory auditors' reports;
- the information on the statutory auditors' fees;
- the sustainable development report.
The Reference Document is available in accordance with the legal and regulatory conditions in force. This document is available on the AMF and Eurosic websites ( www.amf-france.org and www.eurosic.fr ). It is also available for consultation at the company headquarters.
