Gonna need a bigger army, a declaration of war or two and, IMO, a military draft, more skin in the game, before we decide we can actually attempt to stop all the atrocious actions in the world.
I've seen the Gulf of Tonkin and WMD arguments and I wasn't impressed with the results.
