Knowing how other companies have filed when they get an extension, I kinda expecting the 10K after hours today, if not then before market open Monday, or during the day Monday.
It's usually only a few days delay. Their accountant in the US which I am guessing they use has tons of 10Ks to file. It could be the accountant being behind and not OWCP.
