$ABHI$ (Ambicom) for those not familiar - ABHI owns a mega patent on a multi-million $ "optimization Software program" They are about to receive several $10+ cash treble damages awards for breach of contract and patent IP infringement. The price is CHEAP and we all should accumulate when possible and keep a vlose eye over next month as events unfold. Court status reports are posted in several boards, tracking the court battles which AMBI is winning. Plus they have a mega rev producing software program they sell.
I promised the CEO I would not post his email of this morning, but hewre are some "paraphrases":
"Moving out of OTC exchange is crucial and we are working on it.
- Our 8k will be out shortly announcing the court hearing that resulted in awarding ABHI our patent IP back to the company!
- everyone lined up to get started on getting current. The accountant should be starting today, probably 4-5 weeks as we're a year and a half behind,then to auditors. Being current is a top priority and moving off the OTC as I want to attract the high end long term investors you mention.
- As far as revenues, I am current talking to a few companies about bringing them into AmbiCom. Two companies are doing around $REDACT$ per month. - talking to several companies about licensing use of the optimization software we own. It's a process, but now that the one court case is over, I can concentrate on bringing in revenue.
- I don't issue press releases without actual facts. But I will update on the process to start getting current. Shareholders need to see that.
-with the court case completed, we can concentrate on the lawsuit we filed about the breach of contract money they owe us ($10+million cash dollars). - -We are actually waiting on their response.
- It's a process - as previous management left the company in a mess. But we're digging out and feel good about the progress and what lies ahead.
