Typical tactic to shake shares on the OTC. Compan

The folks involved with shorting the stock in conjunction with the MM then push the share price down, shaking investor confidence and forcing the weak hands to sell out.
Now they can buy cheap shares and ride the next upswing and sell at their leisure.
Get enough of them selling and the stock price again tanks and they can short it on the way down.
Any news released would have to be really meaningful to be immune to that tactic.
At least, this has been my experience anyway. The share price will go up when it has a real reason to at this point.
Knowing the potential of what you own in the stock by doing your DD, patience and balls as big as church bells will be needed to ride this out.
It's short term anyway. If your long it doesn't matter. If the stock fits your investment needs, buy it while it's cheap. If not, don't buy. You are the one ultimately responsible for your investment decision.
