why not? the "debt" is paid..there is no dilution and hasn't been in months. Also, there is no further dilution to be considered. She made this point clear she will not be looking to toxic loans to finance her company. it was stated in a pr that she would be looking for alternative financing. Then realizing the pre purchase order she received gave her the funds to move forward so no further financing was needed.
So...that clears up the convertible note issue..
whatever matters are relating to the financial statements shouldn't be construed as negative. but people spin this to make it work for their agenda. remember. liiehole is full of flippers, and shorters. that is what the company is based around. pump and dumps. toxic debt and shorting into that. when you see that it makes everything clear.
Audits are not taken lightly if there is fruedulent intent by FINRA and SEC.
lastly if you are criminal you would provide evidence to hang yourself would you??
