THIN - Grant of Subscription Rights The board

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 6 April 2017 to grant a total of 950,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to 14 new employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2016 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2016.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 3.33 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 10 May 2021.
Following the grant there are 27,441,250 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
