You can bet someone's pay check is dependent on CTIX staying under $1, they are starting to have trouble controlling in now though. You can bet there is a partner sitting close by, who is going to pull the trigger (at the right price) first is the question! The manipulating group do not have a clue to when and eventually they will start to turn on each other, no honor among thieves.... I hope they all get caught with their pants down, which could happen any day!
