As much as I like to put myself in the Center of the Universe for all things, when reading OWCP's 8-Ks you have to take a step back and think about who they are talking to.
If you imagine Ziv gets a dozen emails a day from investors, you'd have to be honest with yourself and imagine that he probably also gets hundreds of emails each day from people actually suffering from psoriasis.
Those poor folks don't give a damn about the share price, they just want to know when and where they can buy the cream or how they can get into one of the clinical trials.
The comments about market readiness, IMHO, are for those people mainly.
