Kind of new... just wondering what you know..

A friend of mine turned me onto Baltia Airlines and I have been doing so much research that I just don't really know what to believe. I just bought a bunch of shares but that same friend told me that they were going to consolidate the sharss into a different share?

I know I am new at the stock market and investing, so please forgive me if I am asking a silly question, but does that happen? Could it happen? I have looked online to see if that was his professional but personal opinion or if any of you have read anything about that?
