It is along the lines of a miracle that has the fingerprints of Mr. Grisaffi all over it. He kept swinging, and then didn't just hit a pop fly, but I truly believe this one is out of the ballpark - all the way!
Usually a successful startup will get into business on borrowed capital and will open for investors with an Initial Public Offering (IPO - costs an easy mil to do that, so you've usually got to be as good as up and running) and that would be at 5 or 8 dollars a share to start with, since all the heavy lifting is over, and that's how the initial investors and officers get their money out.
The ability to quintuple or more you investments are rarely within reach. I think this might very well be the vehicle to do so, while enjoying some very refreshing products at the same time!
I have no problem with the officers getting a stock plan (as it is) in the slightest, because *we can watch them*. If they start selling they have to file with the SEC each time, and there are limits to their sales.
Ms. Li had to approved this, so I think that the stock incentives plan is for the positive regarding her leadership in this endeavor.
RW, you are right - you get MAYBE one chance in your entire life to see the ducks lined up in a row like this, and maybe, just maybe, have the opportunity to get enough money in it fast enough when it's down in the mud to make yourself some serious long term retirement capital.
Thank you Jerry, Management Team, and Ms. Li for taking us along with you. And remember shareholders, they are out to sell there shares for a dollar also, not for peanuts - they know how Ginormous this truly is.
My only gripe about your post has to do with your comparison.
Not enough zero's! HA!
One in 10,000? I think more like 1 in 10 million myself.
There is just too much in the teamwork aspect of it (distributors and all) that have made major progress already, that several of these targets are going to be met soon, and the stock will go orbital!
Anyway, Well Done RW, your post is SO TRUE!
IMHO, of course.
