The Company is offering Delivery of Service, Stability of Service, and Pricing of Service guarantees to customers in the twelve US markets it currently serves.

Under the Delivery of Service Guarantee, Towerstream will capitalize on the speed-to-market advantages fixed wireless offers as compared to fiber. The Company promises to deliver service in twenty days or less to customers located in the hundreds-of-thousands of qualified buildings within Towerstream’s network footprint.

Towerstream features one of the most reliable networks in the industry as evidenced recently by the performance of the Company’s network during the February 2017 winter storms that hit the Northeast. While blizzard conditions pummeled the region, the Towerstream network was totally unaffected by the severe snow and high winds. Under the Stability of Service Guarantee, Towerstream will exploit the reliability of its network as described above.  Any customer experiencing an interruption of service for twenty-four consecutive hours will, per the guidelines in Towerstream's industry-leading Service Level Agreement, receive a credit equal to one month of service.

Under the Pricing of Service Guarantee, Towerstream will capitalize upon its competitive advantage within its growing network of lit buildings. Per this guarantee, Towerstream promises to beat any competitor’s price for like services in any of the Company’s lit buildings allowing customers to experience a carrier-class internet connection for the lowest rates in the industry.
