In his Talking Points Memo on Tuesday, Bill O'Reilly said former National Security Adviser Susan Rice should be "immediately" subpoenaed to tell Congress exactly what she knows about the unmasking of Trump associates in routine surveillance.
O'Reilly said that Rice is entitled to presumption of innocence in any wrongdoing, as all Americans are, but questioned why she requested those names be unmasked.
He called the situation an "enormous story" and repeatedly questioned what motives Rice would have for involving herself in the situation outside of her regular duties.
"If a Trump person is involved [why] would she want the name?" he asked.
O'Reilly said there is no doubt that the keen reporting by Fox's Adam Housley and Malia Zimmerman is accurate, and said Rice should be subpoenaed by Congress.
He added that former President Barack Obama should also have written questions about the situation sent to him by the relevant Congressional committees.
O'Reilly said that if the report Rice was involved in unmasking Trump-related names for more than a year prior to the election for political purposes, she is "in big trouble."
