That's why I think, and maybe more do also, that OWCP needs a real IR person to help with their 8K/PRs.
I absolutely love how they do it, 8K and PR, but sometimes to boost the share price for self preservation news needs a little schooch.
Not saying pump for no reason, but PRs for investor education.
I am really hoping that John D. is in Israel to help OWCP with their public presentation.
