about the O3 part, you have a point, it just shows that owcp is a good and honest company...
rather have that then a big boost in pps and then a big drop...
have seen too many otc stocks that operate like that ...would rather see a slow and steady climb for owcp and do things right...
impatience causes anxiety...why be impatient? jmho...
