Sorry, but that sort of valuation works if OWCP were a one-trick pony and only working on psoriasis cream. It's not.
WHEN patent protection is issued for it's 4 different delivery systems, you are going to see a pop. As soon as the cream and sublingual tablet is patented, you can bank on licensing agreements being signed within weeks if not days. For all we know, contracts are already in place just waiting for IP protection.
Next, OWCP just raised nearly $2 Million in Jan. Guess what? The 10K annual report for 2016 will have some interesting items in it, but it won't cover what's being done with the new capital since it was acquired in 2017.
News could come at any time about additional IRB trials funded by that money.
News could come at any time about new partnerships with European companies.
So while $1-$1.25 until Oct sounds fine, I don't think it's going to play out that way at all. OWCP's PPS has surprised everyone and I predict it will keep surprising us since we have no idea when hammers will be dropped.
