Probably one of the most basic posts/tips I have read but also the most overlooked and critical. Several of us came over from HJOE and that is where a lot of the enthusiasm started. We could see/use the product and speak with dealers and end users. For most - the product worked. On the jerky - people really seemed to like a myriad of flavors even if certain ones didnt hit the spot.
While most wont be using this product - you can certainly do a little field testing at home with a cup of water and some tugging vs leading brands. If you have had kids prior and used diapers - you know quickly saving a few dollars isnt worth cleaning up one blowout from using an inferior product. If you have some friends/relatives with infants - give them a stack and let them know why you want them to evaluate (youre an investor and cant do so yourself or if you do have kids - you want to remove bias BECAUSE youre an investor).
I also agree on the website. Misspellings are one thing. Poor word grouping that is typical of poor Chinese translation signifies "cheap" and that signifies "unsafe" and new mothers are the most protective things on earth no matter the species. Read about Walt Disney and how he used "cleaniless" to promote safety at his parks and how that led to a major surge in attendance. It really is an issue.
With respect to website and packaging - Clean up the syntax errors on the packaging and site and employ programmers to use smart HTML coding to get the site to the top ofnword searches for "chlorine free", "chemical free", etc and diapers/baby products.
