This is not a bash. This is a general observation that I believe needs to be addressed. As the company has only been on Amazon two days it's not the end of the world but it needs to be fixed none the less.
So first and foremost bemax needs to take whatever initial revenue they make from sales and invest in someone to do a once over from their website all the way down to the labeling of the product for the correct usage of words. There are just way to many miswritten phrases and it's not a good look. And two, forgive me for being greedy I know it's only been a couple days in Amazon; but let's be real. Is mothers touch a household name? Nope. And when you are an actual everyday person shopping for diapers on Amazon are you going to somehow just type in mothers touch diapers bemax in the search bar? Nope. If you go to the Amazon homepage you would type baby diapers or diapers in the search bar. You will be given around 200,063 items to search from. Without narrowing this down and going page to page I stopped at page 12. No sign of mothers touch. Not a big deal as there are 200k items. So to the filters I go. Click baby products department. Now I'm down to 97,459 items. Scroll though 12 more pages and still nothing. Back to the filters. This time I check diapering. 32,391 items. Again scroll page to page until page 12. Also nothing. And back to the filters. This time narrowing my search to Disposable diapers in the diapering section of the baby department. 2,881 items. I've gone page to page 52 times. There are 16 items on each page. 832 listings and still not a mothers touch diaper in sight. So now I go on to another filter, I search under brand. Nope no mention of mothers touch as it is a third party seller. So that's out. Filter in price $25-$50 range. Now 949 items to search through. This time seeing as though the list was a lot smaller I went through every page. Still no mothers touch diapers. The only way to find them is by actually typing in mothers touch diapers and it is still not the top search! And like I said it's not a household name.
Don't be ignorant to these facts, at the end of the day they can be potential deal breakers if not fixed. I know I would not scroll through more than 5 pages before I had seen enough diapers to make a selection. And I am damn sure if I was to read a companies website if in fact I stumbled onto the mothers touch diaper and it was filled with incorrect English that would be a very big turn off for me. Just seems lazy gotta clean that shit up. No pun intended.
