A new, convenient payment method from Neste - Neste Prepaid

Neste has introduced a new, convenient payment method - the Neste Prepaid service. It enables both private and corporate customers to load funds to their customer account in advance, regardless of which bank they use.

"We continuously develop our services in order to provide the best possible customer experience. The Prepaid service offers customers with the same benefits and advantages as the Neste credit card, without deposits or prior credit history. Therefore, it is an excellent option for newly established companies, for example", says Mika Hyötyläinen, VP Marketing, of the Marketing & Services business area of Neste.

Neste is the first in Finland to offer a prepaid payment option to its customers. Funds can be loaded to the account around the clock - also from mobile devices. The balance is available in just a few minutes.

"The Prepaid service also includes a free payment reminder service, in which the customer receives an SMS message when the balance has fallen below a preset level. This ensures that there are always sufficient funds on the customer's cards. The service is also available for billing customers", Hyötyläinen says.

The Neste Prepaid service cards can be used in the Neste station network, which is the most extensive in Finland, and at the company's stations in the Baltic countries and Russia.
