The problem with trading $OWCP, as opposed to Investing in OWCP, is that news can come at any time.
For example, OWC had a new IP firm file protection with the European Patent Register: https://register.epo.org/smartSearch?searchMo...d+cannabis
Those patents could be approved at anytime. The stock will gap up with each patent approved. Take a close look at the list. Notice the Delivery Systems are not listed. That's because, IMHO, the applications are still being reviewed. Will they be answered with comments, or will they be approved outright?
Delivery systems will be huge for licensing revenue. Huge.
This is one of the reason I personally do not trade OWCP. I've bought and bought and bought and now I hold and wait. While I sometimes cringe at the day-to-day price, I'm holding out until 2018 anyway to be "tax efficient" : )
