Cegx from what I understand the investors that loaned money to the company (not common stock holders) can't not dump their stocks on the market for a min of 6 months. So you will not have toxic share holders driving the price down. this is great news if your thinking about holding this stock for longer than normal. Also there is more news that will be coming out soon so get ready for a fun ride with this stock.
