Macneil comes to Associa with more than 17 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in automotive and financial service industries. His expertise includes multi-state territory leadership, strategic forecasting and planning, leadership coaching, new business development, sales training and market expansion. He spent the previous 11 years at GM Financial, ending his tenure as vice president of sales and dealer services where he managed the sales and new business development for more than 1,600 auto dealers in a 12-state region. Macneil also led a team of 24 employees, including three regional managers. In 2015 and 2016 his team exceeded all sales goals and business objectives. As a regional sales manager for GM Financial from 2011-2015, Macneil led the successful turnaround of an underperforming territory. He also supervised nine dealer relationship managers that generated record-breaking performance goals each year. A graduate of Plymouth State University, he holds a degree in accounting and has completed many professional training seminars centered around various financial protection acts.
