This is my belief:
Management has been working overtime these last few months, accomplishing mind-blowing and monumental tasks most of us couldn't even dream of.
The SHM is probably about 4 to 6 weeks out. This is NOT the "annual" SHM, but rather the "We wanted the opportunity to knock your socks off and brag about our accomplishments" kind of gathering.
The purpose of the comfortable, cushioned seats is to keep you from hitting the floor when your knees buckle out - either from the excitiement of how many shares you own or the disappointment that you didn't gather more.
I would be absolutely SHOCKED if the pps wasn't at or above a penny by the SHM.....that means doubling your money in 4 to 6 weeks.....and after management reveals all the amazing things they have been keeping from us all this time, I wouldn't be surprised if it just shot up from that point on.
I have to believe that the R/S will be discussed at the SHM (I'm not sure if it needs to be voted on or not), and that the R/S will occur soon thereafter. If the stock skyrockets after the SHM (which I believe it will), and the R/S is timed accordingly, there is a good chance the New Company's stock could be NASDAQ worthy - opening up a whole new world of buyers and sending the pps even higher.
Now pardon me while I look under the mattress to see if I can scrape together some more $ to take advantage of this unbelievable opportunity..................
