I hate being a pompous New Yorker with a false sense of high intelligence, but people in this country are way too fucking stupid to be allowed to have an opinion about reverse stock splits...it's always better to remain quiet and allow the market to decide. Discussing the pros/cons of a R/S with someone who doesn't understand how a stock price is determined is like the debate over religion...never gets anywhere...
