Highly, highly unlikely there would ever be any criminal charges especially against message board posters. The SEC is having enough trouble with civil charges. Also, the SEC has no interest in revoking Treaty. That's just more wishful thinking by the sewerhub bashers. The SEC actually encourages Treaty to get everything in order and get back on the OTC.
