...do you know what the F means on the end of an otc listing...It means they are a foreign company and if you do some digging, also called dd..you'd have found that both companies are canadian with their primary listings in Canada.
A lot of companies will list on the otc as a secondary listing so the stock can be traded in U.S. currency however most experienced traders will not trade these otc stocks as volume is erratic and transparency is not great.
