I don't know how long a company can withhold material news if it's not a trade secret of some kind. Does anybody know if there is a requirement that news be reported within X amount of time?
there is flexibility .. because as anyone who has entered an agreement knows
it can be amended numerous times .. b4 being agreed to by all parties
and signed off of (and that would include counsel for all involved parties)
.. my *guess* would be that Leo has noted every action taken by NON RETAIL
against Cellceutix and CTIX .. and has planned accordingly going forward ..
