I think it's retail holding itself back. They want the scientific data to be published and don't realize that it doesn't matter. We have 70% efficacy. Most(IMO the majority of) people don't know how to interpret that.
I shake my head at the petty ignorance of some.
OWCP is on the verge of cutting edge breakthroughs with cannabis research.
OWCP will have active clinical trials for things like Multiple Myeloma started while other companies are still playing with themselves and suckering investors.
OWCP will have products on the market when other companies will have years of Fucked Drama Acting stuff to deal with.
OWCP will be curing ailments and saving lives when others are still playing with themselves.
