Reference is made to the stock exchange releases published by Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) on 21 March 2017 regarding the commencement of the subscription period for the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 122,000,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company.
The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering expired at 12:00 hours (CET) today, 5 April 2017. A total of 3,912,439 shares were subscribed for at a Subscription Price of NOK 0.33 per share and 3,447,789 subscription rights were utilised. One subscription right gave the holder a right to subscribe and be allocated for one Offer Share in the Subsequent Offering.
All subscribers have received full allocation and the Company expects that the newly subscribed shares will be issued late in the evening on or about 7 April 2017 and admitted to trading on or about 10 April 2017.
