Spot on Big Hank! I am beginning to wonder if Longside shorted in anticipation of receiving shares? If so they are in a deep deep hole as court cases sometimes drag out for years and shorts losses are unlimited. The next few days will be very interesting as it looks to me like we could see breakout at any time. No real NTGL shares available for a long time and now no real NTEK shares available either.
