Vesting of an award of deferred shares under 2013 bonus plan
The Company announces that it received notification that on 31 March 2017, Ashley Almanza, chief executive officer and a PDMR of the Company acquired 96,037 shares released to him as a result of the vesting of an award of deferred shares under the Company's 2013 bonus plan.
Following the sale of 45,137 to satisfy tax and other contributions, Mr Almanza retained 50,900 shares.
Sale of shares by a PDMR's person PCA
The Company further announces that it received notification that on 4 April 2017, Mrs Line Lundsberg-Nielsen, a PCA of Mr Soren Lundsberg-Nielsen, a PDMR of the Company, sold 32,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
The attached notifications, which have been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provide further detail.
