Trump, of course, was thrilled by this news when it happened, openly asking that Russia hack Clinton’s emails during the presidential campaign and promising that Russia would be rewarded by the press if the country complied.

Of course, Americans were appalled by Trump’s attack on Clinton, which was not only wrong but completely irrelevant at this point as Trump is frantically trying to find ways to distract the public from his mounting scandals and investigations. Trump immediately lived to regret his foolish tweet as Americans jumped down his throat to remind him of things HE should apologize
