Shady, you're an idiot. Rice as NSA had every right to request unmasking of people swept up in surveillance of foreign nationals, PARTICULARLY in light of what the 13 Intel agencies had reported about Russian influence in the election. She would have been negligent NOT to make the request.

Request goes through Intel oversight. She didn't go public, she didn't leak.
