I noticed that the Company sold 550K shares to an accredited investor at .70 per share. This occurred Feb 24. Per my recollection, the stock reached more than $3.00 intra-day just before and after the 24th. While I realize the Company may need to raise money from time to time and may want to demonstrate their ability to attract larger investors..........the deal looks great for the investor and not so great for the Company. Also, they sold stock similarly to other accredited investors for as little as .25 per share. I am sure the shares may have sell restrictions but as a business person it just does not look like a good deal(s).
I also wonder why some of the key insiders are not buying at these prices.
I purchased a significant number of shares at 1.77 on Feb 21 and Feb 24 and made a very good profit when I sold shares on Feb 22 and Feb 27 respectively. I am a trader but less than 20 percent of my trades are "day" trades.
Now for the rub. On Feb 27 I purchased shares at 2.70 and decided to remain long and watch what happens. Ugh, I have since bought more shares but my overall basis is 2.59. I will not be a seller but it hurts since I made my decision to go and stay long after looking real close at the SEC filings and other info.
