"Lol. Fraud? Fraud's do not put out honest PRs, good or bad details like the worm."
If this were a fraud, Matt has had ample opportunity over the past 16 months to publish pump and dump PR's while diluting the stock to oblivion, R/S it, rinse and repeat, take the stock to no bid and walk away. I think most people are familiar with that routine in other penny "plays".
