Yes I can confirm via a IR reply this morning that additional details regarding the institutional investor will be provided with the next quarterly financials in mid May.
IR is not disclosing the terms of the financing or additional details until the May quarterlies other than to indicate..... the financing $$ figure was significant with favorable terms for NTEK)..... THUS THE END OF DILUTION !!
Also keep in mind per a separate IR response received last week the institutional investor is NOT Swig.
