The Company anticipates moving forward with efforts to upgrade its OTCMarkets listing tier from OTC Pink Current Information. The avenues include proceeding with meeting the current requirements of OTCQB or OTCQX, completing a merger or acquisition transaction to become fully SEC reporting and uplisting to a major national exchange, or a combination of both.
