Mr. Heddle did just that at the beginning of 2015. Remember the contract to sell a minimum of two processors to EcoNavigation LLC?? Mr. Heddle even went out of his way to express his confidence in EcoNav to shareholders.
Then EcoNav found two additional customers willing to buy thirty more processors. I suppose it's possible Mr. Heddle just took EcoNav's word for that when he told investors the wonderful news and that he never actually contacted the customers himself.
Mr. Heddle ran that 'EcoNav and others' story for thirteen months before shutting it down without any excuse.
Are you saying Mr. Heddle isn't a true scammer because he's not doing absolutely everything he can to rip off investors?? What do you think about him withholding the information about the plant breakage from investors for six months?? Do his actions need to include robbing orphanages and running Nigerian 419 scams before you would consider him dishonest??
