LTS Nutraceuticals Inc. (LTS) (OTC: LTSN) today announced that they have formed The Health & Wellness Broadcasting Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The subsidiary has agreed in principle to acquire a health & wellness network with a digital platform and presence on Roku (According to a release from the company, Roku accounted for 48 percent of active streaming players in the U.S. for the full year of 2016, including record growth resulting in nearly $400 million dollars in revenue.) and Xbox 360's non-gaming digital platform. The company expects to negotiate or acquire additional digital platform distribution and/or networks.
The subsidiary will develop, produce and acquire health & wellness related content that will be broadcast over the company's digital platforms, other distribution platforms and traditional broadcast television.
LTS is also currently negotiating with agents and artists within the entertainment industry to work with the company on product endorsement & promotional activities, hosting content, live content and the development/production of health & wellness related content.
The company intends to use the acquired network to broadcast their own infomercials, commercials, program sponsorship and product placement within the shows self-produced.
