The total numbers of shares outstanding increased by 1,853,740 shares, or 0.88%, in April and will accordingly result in an equal number of  SDR’s as a result of the Company’s long-term incentive program. The Company’s long-term incentive program was established by the Board and approved at the AGM in May 2012.
