Karlbergsvägen 77 Fastighets AB (“Karlbergsvägen 77”) belongs to the financial sector (subsector: real estate) and is the 20 th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2017.
Karlbergsvägen 77 is a real estate company developing a new premium housing property with two buildings in Vasastan, a district in the central parts of Stockholm, Sweden. The company was established in 2016 as a joint venture between Fridhem and Patriam – two experienced housing developers operating in the greater Stockholm area.
