The Supervisory Board of Skano Group AS approved on 31st of March 2016 the annual report and loss covering proposal for the year 2016 of Skano Group AS
In 2016, the revenue of Skano Group AS totalled to 17.5 million euros and in 2015, 18.8 million euros, decreasing 6.8%. In 2016, the net loss from operating activities totalled 1.0 million euros, in 2015, 0.4 million euros, the net loss per share in 2016 was 0.23 euros and in 2015 0.09 euros. The consolidated operating loss for 2016 was 730 thousand euros (2015: operating loss 101 thousand euros) and the operating margin was -4,2% (2015: -2,2%). The net margin in 2016 was -6.0% (2015: -2.2%). In 2016, EBITDA of Skano Group amounted to 101 thousand euros (2015: 739 thousand euros).
Proposal for covering of loss: to cover the loss with retained earnings.
