Please find enclosed Notice of Annual General Meeting in Entra ASA. The AGM will be held on Thursday 27 April 2017 at 10:00 a.m.in the company's offices in Biskop Gunnerus gate 14A (Floor 9) Oslo, Norway.
The Notice and the registration / proxy form is sent to all shareholders. The Notice with enclosures and other documents that will be treated on the AGM are also available at the company's website www.entra.no .
Entra will present the Q1-17 financial results the same day at 08:30 at Biskop Gunnerus gt 14. The presentation will be finished in time so that it is possible to attend both the presentation and the AGM.
