10-k= annually 10-q= quarterly.
A 10-k is more in-depth than quarterly earnings (Google it) and a summation of the entire year. If they are expanding (even with discounts), cash will ALWAYS be important for a micro-cap stock. The amount of increasing debt and the sentences about "going concern" are critical and covered in a 10-k.
GIGL is rock-solid in all these areas. There is no issue with the delay and I never said there was.
There is always notes in a 10-k about the status of forward-looking projects.
