"Lawsuit dismissed, Rosen unsanctioned and still trolling, Mako still out in the deep blue sea looking for little fish to swallow ... but I thought this recent comment on SA was interesting:

Author’s reply » Well he claims to work for PSB Capital but I agree with you, PSB Capital does real estate and they aren't based in Texas. I know Mako's real name and so I also know that he doesn't have a Bloomberg account. Not sure about you but I have done long/short equity for a very long time and I don't know anyone who works for a hedge fund and doesn't have a Bloomberg account. In fact, I am not even sure it is possible! So he is clearly not telling the whole truth about his background (it's pretty obvious he has zero long short equity experience just by the quality of his analysis). I am not even sure PSB Capital exists or has any proper assets under management.
I also know that his father was arrested in the 1990's for dealing in child pornography (happy to send the court documents - they make very interesting reading).
Mako was fired from anderson's for defrauding a customer -that happened in 2014 which is when he took up a new career in financial fiction writing/ journalism. So you can start to build up a picture of what he is like....
So he comes from a no-good family with a criminal past. Bad parents generally breed bad children - we all know that. You can see by the quality of his analysis that he is not very good at this investing type game. It's hilarious that anyone has even listened to what he has to say. I was surprised when Citroen republished his Avexis write up. Andrew Left should stick to accounting frauds and simple stuff rather than getting involved in scientific stuff. It is hilarious watching mako +/- followers losing 50% in Avexis but I think they are going to lose more here, if things play out as I think they will. Avexis cannot do much more than double from here if things go well (there is still a lot that can go wrong as well) whereas I think Abeona can do 10x quite easily from here (again, there is also a lot that can go wrong).
Mako- in case you are still reading this (I suspect you have slunk off under a different name now) my offer still holds good to you - if you run out of cash you are welcome to come and wash my car for me. :Unquote
Appears that someone is claiming Mako is some guy named Matt Gravitt at PSB Capital? Probably not, and probably shouldn't spread rumors. Others claim he is James Devries (possibly the ER doc?) in Cincinnati who registered the name "Mako Research." Perhaps so, but maybe not.
We'll probably never know, and it probably doesn't matter. CTIX will succeed (or fail) based on the advancement of its drugs in development, and not due to some internet gossip and opinions." -
