APOLOGIES....
Spoke with Steve Rossi today and informed me as I was looking for the address the warehouse moved from Toronto to Pensylvania bout a year ago. Was easier for them to use a distribution center from Quebec Canada to distribute to the various smaller venues for their products. Also since the market is 10 fold larger south of the border.
The 10k has some small loose ends - not on the company side - and hopes in the next couple weeks it gets approved for release. once the 10k is put out it could take another 30 days for them to list on the TSE.
He's a really nice guy and easy to speak with. of course we have our native city in common.
