Convening to Combined Shareholders' Meeting of April 27, 2017
Danone informs its Shareholders that its Combined Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Thursday April 27, 2017, at 2:30pm, at Maison de la Mutualité - 24 rue Saint-Victor, 75005 Paris.
The preliminary notice to the meeting, which includes the agenda and the draft resolutions presented to the Shareholders' Meeting, was published in the French legal gazette ( Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires - BALO) of February 27, 2017 and the notice of meeting was published in the BALO of April 3, 2017. Information regarding the formalities to participate and to vote at the Shareholders' Meeting is included in these notices.
